Background

Fist of the North Star is a classic Japanese manga published in Weekly Shonen Jump, a magazine famous for launching series the likes of Dragonball, One Piece, and Naruto into global fandom. The Fist of the North Star manga series, written by Buronson and illustrated by Tetsuo Hara, was originally serialized from 1983 to 1988 in a total of 27 manga volumes, and went on to become one of the best-selling manga series in history, spawn numerous anime adaptations, a live-action motion picture, collectible merchandise, and much more.

Story

The story of Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise is an easily accessible entry point into Kenshiro’s story and runs parallel to the canon of the original series. Set in the year of 199X during the aftermath of a nuclear apocalypse, Kenshiro embarks on his journey to reunite with his fiancée Yuria. The release of Lost Paradise will celebrate the 35th anniversary of Fist of the North Star, and allows gamers to experience Kenshiro’s mastery of Hokuto Shinken.
